DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION POLICY

I. Delivery

All MOBILE-ID products exist in the form of files for computers and smartphones. Therefore, the main delivery methods are:

  • Providing installation files for computers via a download link from the MOBILE-ID server.
  • Providing installation files for smartphones via a download link from the Android or iOS app store.

II. Installation

All MOBILE-ID products exist in the form of files for computers and smartphones. Therefore, the installation method is:

  • MOBILE-ID staff will assist customers with installation.

III. Uninstallation

For customers who installed software on their computers:

  • Go to the Start menu, select the installed MOBILE-ID software to uninstall.
  • Or go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, right-click on the MOBILE-ID software and select uninstall.
  • If you are sure you want to remove the MOBILE-ID software from your computer, click “Yes” to proceed.
  • Wait a moment for the program to be removed from your computer. After that, press "OK" to complete the uninstallation process.

For customers who installed software on their mobile phones:

  • For Android: You can uninstall the app directly from the CH Play settings page, or go to Settings > Applications (App Management), find the app you want to uninstall in the "Downloaded" tab, and select uninstall.
  • For iOS: Tap and hold the app icon on the home screen for a few seconds until the apps start to “wiggle” and an X appears in the top right corner of the icon. Tap the X to uninstall the app.

IV. Terms of use

Customers are responsible for checking their devices, computers, and any software installed on their computers, as well as any connection services (such as internet access services) related to accessing and using the service, to ensure compatibility with the Software.

MOBILE-ID is not responsible for the inability to access or use the Software due to issues arising from network connectivity, hardware, or other software installed on the customer's device. This includes, but is not limited to, hardware malfunction or incompatibility with the Software; incompatibility between the Software and other software installed and/or in use by the customer; or internet disconnection or poor connectivity.

MOBILE-ID does not guarantee or warrant that the Service will be virus-free, uninterrupted, or error-free. However, MOBILE-ID will perform maintenance on the Software to ensure it operates in accordance with its intended purpose.

MOBILE-ID guarantees that it has the legal right to use the Software as a service to provide to customers, and that this is in full compliance with intellectual property laws.

By agreeing to receive the Service, the Customer is granted a license to use the Software under the terms of this Policy for the duration of the service. Except as stated above, no provision shall be interpreted or considered as granting, transferring, or assigning any intellectual property rights of the Software to the Customer, unless explicitly stated in a written agreement approved by the legal representatives of both the Customer and MOBILE-ID.
